Deep cleaning visit and honestly one of the best healthcare experiences I’ve had in years. Came in with some nerves, and left genuinely impressed by every single person I encountered. At Check-in: Amber at the front desk set the tone: warm, welcoming, and incredibly smooth with the check-in process. Very courteous from the jump, the kind of energy that lets you know you’re in good hands before you even sit down. Getting X-rays: Delroy handled my initial X-rays and made what could’ve been an awkward first step feel completely comfortable. Friendly, professional, and walked me through the whole process. Deep Cleaning: Lupe, my hygienist, was exceptional. She walked me through every step of my deep cleaning before doing it - what to expect, and what came next. Patient, very gentle and knowledgeable. And after completing the procedure she took X-rays to confirm everything was done perfectly. On top of that I’d recommend getting the Laser to maximize cleanliness. Dr. Piza brought it all together. Even with a couple other patients, she checked in on me personally at multiple stages of my procedure, answered every question, and made sure I felt informed and comfortable throughout. Her coordination and attentiveness is exactly what you want in a dentist — present, genuinely caring, and professional. This whole team made me want to go back for my next appointment and actually enjoy my Dentist office visit. I Highly recommend — without hesitation.
